I’m Sharice, LMHC-D

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a wealth of experience across various settings, including mental health clinics, substance abuse clinics, and private practice.

I founded Ebon Is because I believe in your inherent worth and potential. You deserve a space to to heal, grow, and thrive— regardless of race, ethnicity, or disability.

As a disabled woman of color, I know firsthand how important empathetic and culturally competent support is. This experience guides my approach and commitment to your journey.

  • I currently offer online sessions. Connecting virtually can make it easier to access the support you need, especially if you're facing scheduling challenges or prefer the privacy of your own space.

  • I offer flexible payment options to fit your needs. I’m in-network with several insurance providers. If your plan isn’t covered, direct pay options are available. For more details on pricing and the insurance providers I accept, please visit the Services page.

  • In therapy, we'll work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive space. We'll use various tools to work towards creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
