Meet your therapist, Sharice Osei, LMHC.

I’m a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a wealth of experience across various settings, including mental health clinics, substance abuse clinics, and private practice.

With a profound understanding of the complexities of the human mind and spirit, I specialize in working with clients grappling with Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and the grieving process.

As a disabled woman of color, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, recognizing the intersectionality of identity and its impact on mental health. My mission is to empower individuals to overcome their struggles and insecurities, fostering confidence and resilience in their journey towards personal growth and goal achievement.

Drawing from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic interventions, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual I serve, fostering a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding and well-being.

"Working with Sharice has been one of the best decisions I’ve made towards my health journey.

My final years in college were especially challenging and triggering for me and I hit a new low before we started our session. She has helped be build foundational tools to help me push forward and no longer second guess my own abilities and worth. She has continued to support and encourage me to push my comfort zone while setting up new boundaries to navigate my 20s.

I am learning and working on not tearing myself down frequently and Sharice always makes sure to remind me to give myself grace and acknowledge my accomplishments no matter how small they may seem to me. My growth and future self love journey is nothing but bright now that I’ve been working with Sharice."
